1. Bookings

Appointments are confirmed once you complete the online booking form. Each booking reserves one barber for the length of the chosen service. Please arrive five minutes early.

2. Cancellations and changes

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment by calling 011 555 0142 or emailing hello@ironbarkbarbers.example. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your service so we do not delay the next customer.

3. No-shows

After two no-shows we may ask for prepayment on future bookings.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in the shop, by card or cash, after your service. Prices may change, but a confirmed booking is honoured at the price shown when you booked.

5. Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full appointment.

6. Offers

The first-visit offer of R50 off applies once per new customer, cannot be combined with other discounts, and expires on 31 October 2026.

7. Your information

We collect your name, email address and phone number only to manage your booking, and we handle them in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your information. You may ask us to correct or delete it at any time.

The Style Advisor works in two ways. If you type a description, we suggest a service using keywords. If you choose to upload a photo, you must first agree to it being sent to Google's Gemini AI service, which looks only at hair and head shape to generate a suggestion. We do not store your photo on this website, and you should upload only a photo of yourself (or of your child, if you are their parent or guardian). Google's own terms apply to its handling of what you send it. Suggestions are guidance only, and your barber will confirm what suits you.

8. Liability

We take care with every service. Please tell your barber about allergies or skin conditions before we begin. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the service.
